I called a total of six different air conditioning companies, hoping that someone would call back and come out that night. Your service man called back in 5 minutes. He told me up front(before I had a chance to ask) what the service call charge would be and that he could be out in an hour to an hour in a half. He showed up in that time frame. By the way, only one other company ever called back.
The technician was very professional and advised me how to avoid having this problem again. He told me if I still thought I was having problems to call him on Sunday and he would come back out to check it out for me. What great service!
