Greeter Position

  • Engage Cytech members to provide their name, address, phone number, e-mail address, and availability, for the purpose of generating leads and/or appointments
  • Represent the company in a positive light, while offering the benefits of products and services.
  • Arrive at the warehouse on time for your shift to ensure the booth is properly set up and ready for the day’s activity
  • Dress appropriately with company shirt and per Cytech’s standards
  • Notify Coordinator/ Supervisor immediately if you know you will be late or unable to report for your scheduled shift
  • Maintain a friendly, helpful, optimistic attitude
  • Distribute informational literature to members
  • Answer questions I offer information about the equipment, any "specials" that are available, or the company
  • Call or text Supervisor I Coordinator when a member has a question that you cannot answer
  • Initial and note the date that each lead is taken
  • Call or text Supervisor I Coordinator if a member is available to be contacted for an appointment right away
  • Log as much information as possible about members who are given information but choose not to request an appointment
  • Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the booth and product literature
  • Communicate with Supervisor I Coordinator when in need of literature or supplies
  • Update leads to the one One Drive file at the end of each day
  • Email Supervisor I Coordinator when file has been successfully updated.
  • Follow all standards and expectations set by Cytech for road show personnel
