My initial contact with your organization was cheerful, and the follow up phone call by Mr. Cantu was precise, on time and expeditious. Mr Cantu was professional, knowledgeable, and followed up as he stated he would do. Then Julio, Edgar and Joe showed up. Their professionalism, obvious technical knowledge and courteousness made the install a true pleasure. This type of demeanor extended through the gentleman who installed the insulation. Associates/employees are only as good as top level ownership or management. From the very first quote and service rendered by Cytech, I knew we would have a long business relationship with one another. This afternoon the work on our A/C ducts, vents and insulation was completed. We wanted to personally let you know how impressed we were with each part of contact we had with your company. First contact was with Leo, your salesman. He was very personable and knowledgeable. He informed us on every detail of what needed to be done and exactly why it was necessary. He was very courteous and did his job with a great sense of pride in his work and in the company. We think he is a fine, honest, clean-cut young man and you should be proud that he is a part of your team! Rudy and Ricardo were the two men who were here daily doing the actual work. They were wonderful! They went about doing their jobs with diligence and competence. Rudy was extremely pleasant and very knowledgeable and seemed to be concerned that all work was done correctly and in a timely manner. He and Ricardo worked well together. I was surprised how quiet they were while in the attic. They cleaned up every mess inside and out every day and we never saw them just standing around! Both men were courteous, clean and competent and in today's workforce - we considered them "top of the line." We know you are grateful for such good employees!! Our time with Cytech has been "easy" on our household. A pleasant experience! You can be assured that your company will receive GREAT recommendations from us!
